WHY ROSIE.

Meet Rosie

SHE KNOWS WHAT IT MEANS TO NEED SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER.

Raised by a single mother and shaped by nurses, veterans, and public servants, Rosie Lynch learned early that strong communities are built by people who show up.

A life of service

SHE DIDN’T WAIT FOR CHANGE. SHE WENT TO WORK.

Rosie has helped Oklahoma families navigate food insecurity, housing instability, healthcare, recovery, and community support. At 37, she returned to college, became a first-generation graduate, and earned a national scholarship.

Why she’s running

WHEN THE ROAD GETS HARD, WE SEND IN ROSIE.

She is running to make District 16 impossible to ignore—and to bring responsive, accessible public service back to the office.

Where Rosie stands

BETTER ISN’T A PROMISE.
IT’S A PLAN.

Open each priority to see how Rosie will fight for Oklahoma families and small communities.

Rosie will advocate for reliable rural healthcare, stronger mental-health and recovery services, and practical support that keeps families from falling through the cracks.

Strong public schools hold rural communities together. Rosie will push for classrooms, educators, and career pathways that prepare Oklahoma students to build a life close to home.

Rosie will work to make essential services easier to reach, reduce transportation barriers, and ensure veterans, seniors, and caregivers are heard before decisions are made.

Rosie supports local jobs, small businesses, workforce training, food security, and stable housing—the foundation communities need to grow without leaving people behind.

Rosie believes a representative should be accessible between elections. Her commitment: regular district conversations, clear updates, and decisions explained in plain language.
